Yesterday was MLK Memorial Day, so it did not feel like a normal Monday. I got to cook all afternoon long! I made some soup, a celery root, apple and potato puree, and black bean burgers for dinner. A great day off, if you ask me. Don't worry i'll share some recipes :)

Like making pie. I could save some time and go buy one. But I love making pie. Homemade is always better anyways, right?
